APRIL 28-30, 2021
Sustaina-Palooza is an annual conference that brings government, industry, academia, and youth together to exchange ideas, explore new horizons, and discuss emerging trends in environmental, social, corporate and economic sustainability. Over the course of three days, Sustaina-Palooza will create a space where people, planet, and profit intersect to discuss how we can create a future for generations to come.
This year we will kick-start the event with businesses that not only survived but thrived during the pandemic. We will be highlighting businesses across New Brunswick that were quick to adapt and recognize new opportunities when faced with a significant economic shift, all while sharing the lessons they discovered along the way. Join us as we encourage new conversations, initiate unique partnerships, and showcase innovative leadership within the sustainability sector.
Once we hear from businesses making waves in our own backyard, we will transition to a global format where we will be joined by representatives from leading countries such as Sweden, France and Cameroon on topics such as renewables, plastics recycling, biodiversity, circular economy and impact investing. We will also hear case studies from companies like L'Oréal and Hermès, engage in deep fireside chats, and compelling panel discussions. Finally, we will explore the work being done by youth-facing organizations while hearing live pitches from budding visionaries prior to conducting a round of investor matchmaking.
